Shipping Policy
When you place an order with us, it is logged into or computer system. Your order is scheduled for baking to coincide with the next delivery due in your area. We will notify you of the planned delivery day.
We recommend that you order before 11am on Friday for a despatch on the following Monday. Orders received after 11am Friday and those on Saturday and Sunday will not be logged until Monday, thus pushing despatch to the following Monday. "Next week" delivery allows us to counteract inconsistent courier schedules (due to weather events and delivery volumes pre weekend) and to better manage our baking schedule (result of COVID)
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary according to volume, location and a minimum order. Charges range from $0 - $6.60. There are also discounts available on orders totalling 9-14 items and 15 items or more.
Shipping calculation will be performed prior to checkout. We have recently (Dec 2022) increased shipping to $6.60 due to increases in courier charges.
What is Bill's delivery range?
Bills Certified Organic sourdoughs are delivered to any postcode that can be reached within 1 - 2 days*. ( Sometimes, deliveries can be affected by circumstances experienced by our couriers.)
(* City areas in NSW, QLD and Victoria are likely to receive 1 day deliveries)
Recently (Apr 2023), all postcodes that could receive a 1-2 day delivery have been reviewed and updated. This includes those in outer and remote areas within the 2 day range.
If you are unable to receive a "next day" or "2 day" delivery, please contact us so we can investigate possibility of alternate delivery strategies.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Startrack, Aramex and Devom. We do some local deliveries ourselves where convenient. You should add any special delivery instructions at checkout.
How are items packaged?
All orders are delivered in sealed cardboard boxes.
Later than planned delivery?
Your cardboard box will have stickers on it showing both your information and the courier's consignment information. If your delivery is late please contact the courier company using their supplied phone number and the consignment number. If you have trouble resolving your problem please contact us.
